Ingredients:
1-1/2 oz Jack Pine Gin
1-1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
2-3 strawberries
2 basil leaves
Sprite (or Club Soda)
Directions:
1. Muddle in shaker strawberries, basil leaves, simple syrup and lemon juice.
2. Add ice and gin, shake lightly.
3. Pour all into tall collins glass.
4. Top with Sprite or club soda, stir.
5. Garnish with another basil leaf and/or strawberry.
