Pumpkin Pie Café

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz Latitudes or Deer Camp Straight Bourbon Whiskey

1/2 oz brown simple syrup**

1/2 oz half & half (or whole milk)

3/4 oz 1883 Pumpkin Syrup (or similar brand)

Fresh brewed coffee

whipped cream

pumpkin spice


**Make brown simple syrup by stirring until clear 1/2 C hot water with 3/4 C brown sugar. Store in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.


DIRECTIONS:

1. Add first 4 ingredients to mug.

2. Fill with coffee leaving room for whipped cream. Stir.

3. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle on pumpkin spice.

4. Serve with a french vanilla pirouette cookie or other treat of your choice.
