Ingredients:
2 oz Bernie's Brandy (or The Narrows Barrel-Aged Gin or NLD Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Whaleback Spiced Rum, Michigan Dogman Moonshine)
1 scant tsp sugar*
1 tsp water*
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
twist of lemon or orange
(*1/4 oz simple syrup can be used in place of sugar and water)
Directions:
1. Muddle sugar, water, and bitters in the bottom of a rocks glass until sugar is dissolved. 2. Add ice then brandy or other NLD spirit. Stir.
3. Twist your lemon or lime peel above cocktail and then drop in.
