Ingredients:
2 oz Manitou Passage Rum
3/4 oz simple syrup
3 lime wedges
2-3 mint stalks (8 leaves)
Sprite and club soda to top
Directions:
1. Muddle mint, simple syrup and lime wedges well in bottom of tall Collins or Mason jar glass.
2. Add ice to top of glass and then add rum.
3. Stir in equal parts Sprite and club soda to top.
4. Garnish with mint leaf or sprig.
