Cucumber Gin Cooler

Ingredients:

2 oz Jack Pine Gin

Juice of 1 lime

3 thin slices of cucumber (with peels if not waxed)

Tonic water

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients except tonic water to shaker with small amount of ice.

2. Shake for at least one minute.

3. Pour over fresh ice in double rocks glass.

4. Top off with tonic water. Stir.

5. Garnish with wedge of lime or slice of cucumber.
