BY GEORGE! (Ice Cream Cocktail)

Ingredients:

3 scoops vanilla ice cream

1/3 cup apple pie filling

2 oz Latitudes or Deer Camp Bourbon or Whaleback Spiced Rum or Bernie's Brandy .

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients to blender, and blend until smooth.

2. Pour into tall Collins glass.

3. Top with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cherry!
